                                              Work and Learn Partnership

                                                            (Continuity Program)

Meetings are held daily throughout the community at convenient locations. Although Work-and-Learn meetings are autonomous and have few if any rules beyond using TVI course materials, most meetings require speakers to be substance free for at least six months. A requirement for membership in our Work-and-Learn Continuity Program is to complete our Telecommuting Training Program, a ten week course offered at TVI. Completion of our Training Program and active participation (6-8 meetings per week for one year) in Work-and-Learn has produced an excellent success rate during the program's implementation. All meetings of  Work-and-Learn are open to the public.

TVI is a group of challenged and at-risk individuals who have learned how to be happy and sober by completing the Telecommuting Program which is now taught at TVI in Los Angeles. Our program of recovery emphasizes a dual-feedback reintegration-rehabilitation approach, a release from selfishness and return to the more natural approach of finding needs and filling them. At Work-and-Learn, we put to use the importance of working with and being appreciated by others.

Work-and-Learn has nightly meetings in and around the Los Angeles Area.
